Return & Refund Policy 

Thanks for shopping at Walking With Ghosts, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please contact us to authorise your return and get the relevant information for the return. We offer a 14-working-day returns policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have 14 calendar days to request a return from the date you received the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 28 days from original purchase date. In the case of items that are simply unwanted, buyers must pay the postage costs of receiving and returning unwanted items. 


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Returning a faulty item

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us to arrange a return so we can exchange or refund it for you. Please note only manufacturing faults can be covered, physical damage or mistreatment of items will void your warranty, as will any temp to tamper, self repair or modify items. In some cases we use a holographic security label, these labels must be intact as proof the item has not been opened or tampered with. 

After 30 days, products can still be covered by the manufacturers own warranty terms which will vary depending on the type of product and where and when it was manufactured.
