Palo Santo Holy Wood Sacred Tree Incense  Smudge Sticks
Palo Santo has been used for centuries for its strong medicinal properties and it's heavenly magical fragrance. It provides an uplifting scent that is said to raise vibrations for meditation and allows for a deeper connection to the spirit world. It is also said that Palo Santo boosts creativity and good fortune. As well as its spiritual and sacred ritual it is also said to deter mosquitoes and other flying insects by the people of in Ecuador and Peru.

Pack contains approx 45-50g of wood sticks around 10cm long, these chunky Palo Santo wood smudge sticks will last a very long time as they smolder very slowly 

These Palo Santo Wood Sticks are ideal for use for smudging cleansing and meditation sessions. Like sage smudge sticks, you simply waft the smoke over the subject or area with a feather or your hand for cleansing, or can be burned on charcoal discs or simply burned and allowed to smoulder like incense sticks.

Incense History
The first recorded use of incense was by the Egyptians during the Fifth Dynasty, 2345-2494 BC. Incense use in religious ritual was possibly also simultaneously developed in China, and eventually transmitted to Korea, Japan, Vietnam, the Philippines and onward threat the globe. The formula and scent of incense used in temples, shrines, Churches, rituals and ceremonies throughout the world vary widely.
