Directions
Shake well before each use, Spray upward and allow the fine mist to fall in area you wish to cleanse, if smudging a person spray high in the air and fan the mist towards the subject or have them move forward through the mist to surround them. Smudging Information and history
Smudging is a cleansing ritual that dates back to the Native American people, where herbs or tree barks would be burned and the person, animal or place bathed in the fragrant smoke.
