We offer a 14 working-day returns policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The buyer must inform us of his or her wish to return an item first, via email before returning the item for any reason. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded if stock is not available, In the case of items that are simply unwanted, buyers must pay the postage costs of receiving and returning unwanted items. All returns of this kind must be undamaged, in the original packaging and in a fully re-saleable unused condition. They must also be returned via a trackable/ registered postal system.
