This Thai style seated solar Buddha light is made in quality resin in a stone slate grey effect finish. The classic serene pose of meditation is depicted sitting on the sacred lotus which also has a solar panel embedded in it . Behind the head is a frosted translucent leaf shaped backing which illuminates a subtly glow at night. When positioned in a sunny spot the internal battery is charged during daylight hours, then at dusk just like magic the the sculpture glows silhouetting the head of the Buddha . As this item is solar-powered, it requires no wiring and is totally self contained

This is a subtle effect glow light for dark outdoor areas, it is not designed to illuminate the surrounding the area. Solar lights may not operate as brightly or for as long during prolonged dull weather conditions, for the UK they work best in long bright summer months. In very dull winter weather they may not light at all at times.
